1 WHEREAS, adverse action was initiated against the Auto Repair Gazage license held by
2 Mary Fasching, d/b/a M F Automotive for the premises located at 1728 Selby Avenue in Saint
3 Paul (License ID#: 0014762), by Notice of Violation dated May 2Q 2005; and

5 WI�REAS, adverse action was based upon failure to abide by conditions place on the
6 license; and
8 WFIEREAS, the Office of LIEP recommended that the Licensee be fined $1,000, and that
9 the existing condirions on the license be revised for greater clarity; and

WHEREAS, Licensee, through her counsel, has agreed to admit to the violations alleged
in the May 20, 2005 Notice of Violation and to accept the recommendation of the Office of
LIEP; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that Mary Fasching, d/b/a M F Automotive, is hereby ordered to pay a fine
of $1,000, payable to the Office of LIEP within thirty days of the passage and approval of this
resolution; and be it
Ft7R1'HER RESOLUED, that the following conditions shall be placed upon the licenses
held by Mary Fasching, d!b(a M F Automotive for the premises located at 1728 Selby Avenue in
Saint Paul (License ID #: 0014762) :
1) There wili be no more than sixteen (16) vehicles parked on the lots (total of front,
side and back) at any given time. Vehicles must be parked in an orderly manner,
and ailow access and egress to other vehicles.

Cazs or other vehicles attached to the tow truck(s) shall not be parked on the
streets or alieys.
The tow truck will be parked on the lot overnight.
No vehicle on the lot shall be used for the storage of parts, tires, gazbage or other
items. No vehicles shall remain continuously on the property with the exception
of the tow truck.
All vehicles parked outdoors on the lot must be completely assembled with no
visible parts missing, and may not be used for vehicle salvage.
No repairs may take place outside of the building on the ]ot or in the street.

The fence shall be ciosed during non-business hours.
No vehicie for repair shali be on the lot for more than ten (10) days.

All gazbage and refuse must be in the dumpster on the property, and the dumpster
shall be kept out of sight to the extent possible and kept in an orderly condition.
Sunounding streets are not to be used for overflow storage of cazs waiting to be
repaired or waiting for pickup.
There is to be no outside storage of vehicle parts, tires, oil, vehicle hoists or other
similar items.
A copy of this resolution, as adopted, shall be sent by first class mail to the Licensee and
to her attorney.
