RESOLVED, That the Commisaioner of Public Works be and is hereby ordered and directed: � �
1. To inveatigate the necessity for, or desirability of, the malflng of eaid improvement. I
2. To investigate the nature, extent and estimated cost of eaid improvement, and the total coat thereof. '
3. To furniah a plan, profile or aketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or not eaid improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more ownere. j �
b. To report upon all of the foregoing mattera to the Commissioner of �nance. ��
