The building is a}�proximately 22 feet { ��� � � . wide, 72 feet long and 26 feet high. The inspector_ indicated- that j �#j � ' . = at the -time- of =this inspection there was no personal property of � E any value on the premises. . � - � �- , '�' . -� + z' a.. � EXTERIOR " � • • =' The exterior stairways are dilapidated and out of level, the porches� i�, � are rotted -at the lower sections, the rear exterior porch was not properly c�ompleted �and is in such condition that ,it is ready to �i; y � collapse. The � � plumbing fixturES have been damaged, G � � ` � , � The plumbing and electrica�l systems are not in service and do not f j'� , appear to be usable, There is no heating system in the building4 ; �: , I �'� 2f it is the opinion of the owners of this property that it can be � ��� � rehabilitated, it will be necessary that they submit the list of .� the corre.ctions they propose to make regarding the structural condi- ��, � . � tion of the building, electrical and heating systems, with a schedule ! � for the completion of the rehabilitatiorr program, along with the ap-�f f ' pl�ication for the permits. Ir� the meantime it will be necessary that! ` the property be properly secured so as to prevent entrance by un- !�' authorized persons, and all combustible materials removed from the !�- ; interior of the structure.
