The � � plumbing fixturES have been damaged, G � � ` � , � The plumbing and electrica�l systems are not in service and do not f j'� , appear to be usable, There is no heating system in the building4 ; �: , I �'� 2f it is the opinion of the owners of this property that it can be � �� rehabilitated, it will be necessary that they submit the list of .� the corre.ctions they propose to make regarding the structural condi- ��, � . � tion of the building, electrical and heating systems, with a schedule ! � for the completion of the rehabilitatiorr program, along with the ap-�f f ' pl�ication for the permits.
