License ID #20010001557 Dear Sir/Madam: The Offlce of License, Inspecrions and Environmental Protection has recommended the suspension of the Cigazette/Tobacco; Gas Station; Retail Fd (B) Grocery 101-1000 sq ft; and Alarm Pexmit (New) licenses held by Hamline Amoco, Inc. d/b/a Aamline Amoco for the premises located at 1347 University Avenue West in Saint Paul. The basis for the recommendation is as follows: � According to Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection records, you have not paid the required license fees for the above-menrioned licenses. In fact, these license fees have been delinquent since March 28, 2005. The total amount now due is $877.00 ($587.00 in license fees and $290.00 in late fees). As of today's date, the Office of LIEP has not received payment for either the license fees or late fees. At this fime you have three options on how to proceed: 1. You can pay the delinquent license fees and late fees in full to the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection at 8 Fourth Street East, Suite 200, St Paul, Minuesota 55101- 1002 no later than Monday, October 24, 2005. Informafion should be directed to the attenrion of Christine Rozek. A self-addressed envelope has been included for your convenience. If you wish to have a public hearing before the Saint Paul City Council, you will need to send me a letter with a statement admitting the facts and requesting a public hearing. We will need to receive your letter by Monday, October 24, 2005. The matter will then be scheduled before the City Council for a public hearing to determine whether to suspend your licenses. You will have an opportuniTy to appear before the Council and make a statement on your own behalf. 3. If you no longer wish to do business in the City of Saint Paul, you may send a written statement to that effecf to the Office of License, Inspections and Environmental Protection, 8 Fourth Street East, Suite 200, St. Paul, Minnesota 55101-1002 no later than Monday, October 24, 2005.
