SOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
i
In the matter of condemning and taking a permanent� easement , F
on a strip of land 30 feet in width along the east� side of -
Arundel Street for the purpose of constructing and� maintain-
ing a public sewer on, under, across, and through the westerly
30 feet (except the south 240 feet) of that part of Lot 41,
Cottage Homes, a.,ying north of West Maryland Avenue; and on,
u.nder, across, and through that portion of the westerly 30
feet of Lot 28, Cottage Homes Addition; '

Also condemning and taking a temporary slope easement for
sewer cover and lateral support by constructing a �partial �
embankment to a maximum elevation 160.0 (city datum) on a
strip of land 15 feet in width on the east side of the
above easement located on Lots 41 and 28, Cottage 'Homes, �
� this temporary easement terminating at such time as the
entire easement area is filled to a minimum elevation of
160.0; �
Above described matter was submitted under Preliminary .
Order 230112, approved September 14, 1966, ancl Intermediary
Order 230910,� approved November 22, 1966;
Resolved that the orders cited above be and the same are
hereby cancelled, annulled, and rescinded, and all .
- proceedings in such matter discontinued.
