To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commissioner of Publ�c Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 231290 approved Dec. 22nd. 19 66
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Bates Ave. from E. Sixth St.
to E. Seventh St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement.
