WI�REAS, After due considerarion and study of the financial condition of the Saint Paul
Regional Water Services, analysis of projected experises and approval of the 2006 Budget, the
Boazd of Water Commissioners and the City Council have determined that the present rate
structure is inadequate to continue operations without an adjustment; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That pursuant to Secuon 85.01 of the Saint Paul Legislarive Code the City Council
hereby approves the following Schedule of Water Rates for all water bills levied on or after
January 1, 2006.
