A. Gi].sdorf for payment of the balance of his bill for services rendered employee by reason of said injury; � FURTHER RESOL�IED, That out of the aforesaid compensation, the employer- sha11 deduct and pay directly to Robert E. Faricy, employee's attorney herein, the sum of $4,500.00 which payment, when made, sha11 constitute full payment and satisfaction for all. fees for legal services performed by said attorney in this matter to the date of the award.
