RESOLVED, THAT pursuant �to the Award of the Indust�ial Commission
dated February . 27 , 1967, Clifford G. Proetz be paid the sum of $18,000.00
out of the Workmen's Compensation Account of the Ceneral Fund in full� and
final settlement of any and all claims he may have resulting from his
alleged personal injury of Marcli 7, 1966 , while employed by the Publie
Safety Department; and reimbursement to employee in the sum of $185.02
expended for medical care and treatment including drugs and medication,
and $20 .00 directly to Dr. D. A. Gi].sdorf for payment of the balance of
his bill for services rendered employee by reason of said injury;
� FURTHER RESOL�IED, That out of the aforesaid compensation, the employer-
sha11 deduct and pay directly to Robert E. Faricy, employee's attorney
herein, the sum of $4,500.00 which payment, when made, sha11 constitute
full payment and satisfaction for all. fees for legal services performed
by said attorney in this matter to the date of the award.

FURTHER RESOLVED, That out of the aforesaid compensation, the employer
shall deduct and pay directly to Robert E. Faricy, employee's attorney
herein, the sum of $4,500.00 whi.ch payment, when made, shall constitute
full payment and satisfaction for all fees for legal services performed
by said attorney in this matter to the date of the award.
