The Co�missioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 231172 approved Dec. 13th. 19 66
relative to reconstructin� the sideiralk on both sides of Beech St. from Atlantic St_
to Johnson Parkway and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improvement.
