The Commissioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
of the Council known as Council File No. 233094 approved Apr. 19th. 19 67

relative to� reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Armstrong Ave. from Chats-
worth St, to Milton St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental I
, to complete said improvement.
