Re: Tanks at Phalen Creek Tnil Access
Dear Mr. Brewer:
I have received a second bid from Kevitt Gxcavatin, Ina They have done work
previously at the site; and the person I spoke with even remembered his crew 11is, one o£
the tanks. Tle bid states `Yemove top 2' oftanks structure and slurry fill @ 7th St. site.
No winter work or frost cbarges". The amourit to the City of Saint Paul is T'our Thousand
Sc:ven undred Fifty ($4,750.00).
I would appreciate an answer as soon as possibte as we have lost valuable time and h.ave a
lirnited number of good weather working days left this season.
Sincezely,
