to protect the interests of the North=
ern States Power Company and the �
Northwestern Bell Telephone Com-
parLy.
4.That a 30-foot-wfde easement be
retained,which lies 15 feet on either �_
side of a line lying 20 feet easterly � „
of and parallel to the westerly line
of Webster Street to protect the ex- '-
isting water main.
5.That the present grade be main-
tained and no concrete surfacing be
constructed in the easement area. �
B.That no building be permitted with- �
in the easement area without prior �
approval of the Watex Department. �
7.That the petitioner pay to the City
the sum of $12,000 as compensation
for the vacation and provide the i
City with a bond in the amount of i
$2�000.
