WHEREAS, pursuant to Council File ��232983, bids were taken for the 5ale of property
belonging to the Water Department, Saint Paul, Minnesota,
Westerly 300.4 feet of Lot 1, Auditor's Subdivision 46, according to the Plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and
for the County of Anoka, Minn. , excepting therefrom all mineral ,and mineral
rights. The Board also will retain a 20 �QOt wide easement along the north
property line for access to the lake and reserves the right to flood any or
all of the entire tract. '
�In addition, Bidders will grant to::the Water Department of the City of St. Paul,
perpetual easements until public road is dedicated for the following:
An easement for right of access over; the South 15 feet of the SW� of the
SE� and South 15 feet of the Westerly 475 feet of SE'� of the SE�, Section 10,
T. 31 N., R. 22 W; and,
The North 15 feet of Lot 2, Auditor's Subdivision No. 46 Section 15, T. 31N. ,

WAEREAS, the Committee on Lands recommends the sale of the above-described property
to RICHARD F. CARTIER & LUCILLE A. CA�RTIER, the only bid received; therefor, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves said recommendation and directs the
' propery City officers to convey said property to said purchaser by proper deed .
of conveyance upon the following terms; Three Thousand Dollars ($3000.00) to be
paid on transmission of title to the purchaser: be it

FURTI�R RESOLVED, that the proceeds of said sale be credited to Watex�Department
Fund 23. .
