� The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
• . upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
, is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. - - . t � �
� _ 2.. That the nature of tfi�e unprovement�which tlie Council recommends is � ,
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Armstrong Ave. from Chatsworth St. to
Mil.ton St, and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete
said improvement, except irhere good and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist. � �
with no alternatives, and tliat the estimated cost thereof is 3•25 Per lin. ft. for 5' walk

_ Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �th day of

said meeting to the persons and in the mariner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
- hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. ,
