RESOLVED� That the Council hereby approves the awa,rd of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipm.ent and se�.ces
, necessary for or reasonably incidental to the installation of bituminous Tennis Court
surfacing at La,ngford Park and Arlington Playground, Maryland and Greenbrier Street,
Saint Paul, Minnesota to T. A. SCHIFSKY & SONS, INC: for the contract price of
$3,877.00, in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached
and the Formal Bid #2297 of said T. A. Schifsl�y & Sons, Inc., such bid being the lowest
and said T. A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc. being a reasonable and reliable bidder, and the
Corporation Caunsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract

on behalf of the City of Saint Paul.
