R�SOLUTION OF ANNULMENT
In the matter of condemning and taking an easement for the
purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer on, under
and across the east 4' of Lot 14, Blk. 3, Edmund Rice's 2nd Add.
Also condemning and taking temporary easements for construction •
purposes on the west 8' of the east 12' of said Lot 14, also the
west 8' of Lot 15, Blk. 3, Bdmund Rice's 2nd Addition under
Preliminary Order C.F. 232165, approved February 23, 1967.
' Resolved, That all orders in the above matter be and the
same are hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded and all
proceedings in such matter discontinued.
