The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: - ,
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. .
. = 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk and repla.ce with integral curb and sidewalk on both
sides of IIniversity Ave. from Kent St. to Dale St. and by doing all other work

• Resolved Further,�That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 13th day of
�June, 1967 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of_St. Paul. That the Commissioner of �nance give notice of
� - said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta,ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the'improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
