Th�e:`Council of the. City of St. Paul having received. the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above �improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: "
1. That the said report and the same is_hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
_ , is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � � �
2. That�tlie nature of'tlie improvement which the Council recommends is
� to reconstruct the siclewalk on both sides of Edmund Ave, from Sneli� Ave. to_ Fry
St. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said
i�provement� except where good a.nd sufficient poured sidewalks now exist.

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on sa.id improvement on the 13th day of

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. � _
