The Council of the City of St. Paul having'received the report of the Commissioner,of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: - �

1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
� is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. , _ - -
. 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is � ` "
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of Dewey St, from Iglehart Ave. to
Carro]1 Ave, and by doing all other work which is necessary a.nd incidental to
- complete said improvement� except where good' and sufficient poured sidewalks now
ex3st. . � - � .
-',� with no alternatives,' and that the estimated cost thereof is 3•25 per lin. ft. for 5' walk

Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the `13� - day of
June, 1g67 , , at the hour of 10 o'clock A:M., in the Council Chaxnber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the �ity of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting�to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, sta,ting the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the�total cost thereof as estimated.
