The Council of the City of St. Paul having reeeived the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves: .
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. �
. 2. �That the nature of the improvement�which the Council recommends isv � � � � � �
to condemn and take an easement in the land necessary for the slopes, cuts and fills, �
including right of removal of �.ateral support from sub3ect land or remainder thereof,
occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading a,nd sur-
facing �rith bitumrLnous material the alley in Blk. 13, Fairview Add. from Ca.se Ave.
to Jenks Ave., in accordance with the blueprint hereto attached an�ade a part

with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 25.00 -
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the �3th day of
June, 1967 ' , at the hour of 10 o'clock A:M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
sa.id meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. �
