] WHEREAS, on January 28, 2004, the City Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council File #04-82, said
2 Resolurion being the Ratification of Assessments for Property Cleanup during August 2003 (File No. J0307A,
3 Assessment No. 0988) and
4 WHEREAS, the property at 849 Eazl Street, being described as:
Auditor's Subdivision No. 7 St. Paul, Minnesota subject to street; the following lots of 1 through 7 and part of Lot 8
Block 77 of Dawsons Earl 5treet Addition ]ying east of extended westerly of east 129.97 feet of Lot 37 and
subdivision No. 7 and in said Auditor's Subdivision No. 7, Lot 38 and the east 124.97 feet of Lot 37, Block 1;
8 with the property identification number 28-29-22-31-0121 was assessed an amount of $706 for the property cleanup, and
9 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment because the City treated the property
10 like it was privately-owned land when it was in fact City-owned land;
11 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this properiy be deleted, and
12 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reductian af $706 be funded by the Exempt Assessment Fund.
