Dentlemen:
In order to confine the working hours
of our employees to the operating hours of the department,
I have made i.nquiry to the Ramsey County Sheriff as to the
possibility of using his deputies to serve notices of con-
demnation on such paxties as cannot be found at hame dur-
ing the day ti.me.
Attached hereto is a copy of the esti-
mated costs of such service, with the request that authority
be granted to e�aploy the services of the Ramsey County
Sheriff and pay the necessary costs. - �
