and hereby awards contract for flirnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services
necessary for or reasonably incidental to the Electrical Work required for operation
and control of the new Low Service Pump No. 2 in the existing McCarron Pumping Station
' of the St. Paul Water Works, St. Paul, Minnesota, to &4TLLI ELECTRIC CON�ANY for the
contract price of $3,884.00, in accordance with City pl.a,ns and specif`ications therefor
hereto attached and the Formal Bid #2265 of said Batzli Electric Campany, such bid
and only bid received
being the lowest/and said Batzli Electric Carnpa�y being a reasona,ble and reliable bidder,
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of St. Pau1.
