PAUL FIGURE SKATING CLUB, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, party of the second part, hereinafter designated as the "Club" , � WITNESSETH: � ' That in and for the consideration hereina�ter mentioned, the City hereby agrees to grant to the Club the use of the Arena section of the St. Paul Auditorium, with ice , for the sg67 Pop Musical Ice Revues , commencing July 8th, 1967 and ending August 20th, 1967 , on dates � hereafter to be mutually agreed upon, with either three revues per week or two revues per week. It is further agreed, by and between the parties , . that all gross receipts from ticket sales for said revues (exclusive of tax, if any) shall be credited to Auditorium • Fund 2400, with the exception of the sum of Three Hundred and Fifty Dollars (�350.00) per week if the week includes two revues only, or a larger amount to be determined on a pro rata basis if the week includes more than two revues ; that out of said sum not credited to Auditorium Fund 2400, the Club shall pay the musical director' s salary, the announcer' s salary, and other miscellaneous expense directly connected with the ice revue portion of the shows such as salary of choreographer, wages of rehearsal pianist, sanctions from National Figure Skating Association, etc. ; the City agrees to provide the Arena with ice, to provide `- , tickets , a,dvance ticket sale , attendant service , stage -, help, orchestra, and advertising. 1 l - � � � µ- ` � . . _ ! ��--� :,. � �� �.� ; � � ' _�. The Club further agrees to fully indemni�y and hold harmless the City from and against all liability on account � of claims for injury to person or property connected with or arising out of said use of the Auditorium, and that it . will procure and maintain at the Club ' s own cost and expense public liability and property damage insurance i covering the Club and the City as insured, in form approved by the Corporation Counsel of the City of Saint Paul , against liability on account of injury to pereon or � property arising from or con.nected with the said use of the Auditorium hereunder, in the following amounts : � in respect of claims for personal injury or death, in the '�, amount of �500, 000 on account of any one accident and in the amount of �150, 000 on account of injury or death of ' • any one person; in respect of claims for property damage , ' in the amount of �100, 000 on account of any one accident - and in the amount of �50, 000 on account of any one claim.
