� AEFROVAL OF FLANS
In the matter of grading and surfacing with bituminous material
the alley in Block 1, Northern Facific Addition to the City of Saint
Faul, Minnesota, from Nebraska Avenue to Hoyt Avenue. Also constructing
a sewer for storm water purposes in the Alley under Freliminary Order
C.F. 231415, approved January 4, 1967 and Final Order C.F. 222331,
approved March 7, 1967
Resolved, That Che plans and specifications as submitted for the
above named improvement be and the same are he�eby approved and the
Commissioner of Public Works be and he is hereby directed to do the
work at an estimated cost of $3,435.25 by City Forces and that the
City Furchasing Agent proceed to secure the necessary materials, and
be it
Further Resolved, That the cost of the above improvement including
engineering and inspection expenses amounting to $515.30 plus Finance
Charges of $157.50 or a total of $4,108.05 be assessed against the
benefited property.
