THE COIINCIL OF THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL DOES ORDAINs Section 1. That permission and authority are hereby granted to R 8c W Realty Company� Inc. � 29b Larch Street, Saint Paul� Minnesota� to construct a public sewer in Whitall Street from Jessie Street to 13? feet west of Jessie Street� said public sewer to serve Lots 3� 4� 5� 6� � and 8� Block 2� Edmund Rices first addition to St. Paul. Section 2. That the Commissioner of Public Works hereby is authorized to issue a permit to R & W Realty Company� Inc. for the construction of such pub lic sewer upon and sub�ect to the following g�visions� terms and conditions : 1. That said permittee shall construct said sewer entirely at its own expense� under the supervision and to the satisfaction of the Commiss3.oner of Public Works and in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by him. 2. That said permittee shall pay the cost of engineering and inspection on said work� a�d for the publication of this ordinanee. 3.
