The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above impravement,`�and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
, 1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, a.nd the said improvement
'� 'is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. ' -
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Cauncil recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the, north side of Winona, St. from Hall Ave. to
- ?�ivingston Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to �
complete said improvement, except where good. and sufficient poured sidewalks now

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 6th day of
June, 1967 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council G`hamber af the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St.�Paul. That the Commissione'r of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place af
hearing, the. nature�of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.

To the Commissioner of Finance of the City of St. Paul:
The Commis$ioner of Public Works, having had under consideration the preliminary order
o� the Council known as Council File No, 232913 approved April llth. 19 67
relative to reconstructing the sidewalk on the north side of Winona St. from Hall Ave.
to Livingston Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
completesaid improvement.

and having investigated the ma.tters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
1. The estimated cost thereof is $3.25 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 5 ft.
wide and $3.80 per lin. ft. for standard sidewalk 6 ft. wide.
2. A plan, profile or sketch of said improvement is hereto attached and made a
part thereof.
