WHEREAS, an assessment for sidewalk construction was
ratified under Contract 65-M-327, Levy No. 3, District No. 3,
against property described as: Lot 2, D. S. Michand's Addition,
St. Paul, Minnesota in the sum of $187.35 which amount included
$46.20 as property owners share for the cost of tree removal,
and
WHERBAS, the Department of Public Works reports that •
no tree was removed from said property and that said assessment
should be reduced $46.20; now therefore,
BS IT RESOLVED, that the proper city officials be and
are hereby authorized to transfer from the P. I. R. Fund, Code
6000, the amount of $46.20, a portion of the assessable costs
of sidewalktconstruction under the above contract for the year
1965, said Fund to be reimbursed from Local Improvement Aid Fund
0920-701. Said $46.20 to apply against the assessments ratified
on the above described property. Improvement Number L-6728.
