RESOLVED, That the ouncil hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment

and services necessary for or reasonably incidental to the Revision of the City of

St. Paul Civil Defense Outdoor Warning System, 1000 North Snelling Avenue, Saint Paul,
� Minnesota to COLLINS ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY for the contract price of
$35,850.00, in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached
and the Formal Bid #2289 of said Collins Electrical Construction Company, such bid
being the lower and said Collins Electrical Construction Company being a re�sonahle
and reliable bidder, and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft
the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized
to execute said contract on behalf of the City of Saint Paul. /
