WHEREAS, the City Architect has requested the City Council
to hold a public hearing to consider the advisability and
necessity of the correction or wrecking and removal of the
single family dwelling �at 453 West Central Avenue, more �
' particularly described-as Lot 27, Block 8, Mackubin & Marshallls
' Addition to Saint Paul, because said structure is reported to cons�i-
� tute a hazardous structure, and

' WHEREAS, it appears that -the last known record owner of the
� , property is Arlee V. and Isaac R. Blakey, and the following
appear to have an interest of record: Farmers Home Administration,
U. S. Department of l�griculture, John E. Blomquist, Inc. , Mr. Thomas J.
- Kelley, County Auditor; therefore,

BE IT RESOIrVEfD, that a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chambers of the
Court House and City Hall, at 10 a.m. in said city on Tuesday,
May 23, 1967, to consider the advisability and necessity of ordering
the correction or wrecking and removal of the structure on the
above described property because said structure is reported to
, constitute a hazardous building and a hazard to public health, safety and
welf are;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the City Architect, on behalf of
the City Council, notify by mail the record owner of the property �i�-
question at the last known address, as well as other interested persons
- - of record, of the date and time of the hearing.
