i ; The order for the sewer in Berry Street, pump station, and force main
I ! originated f`rom the request by two industrial properties that they be
� ' provided with sanitary sewers. There was also a need to provide an
� `� outlet for the sewer constructed under File PTo. 12521 noted above,
� which sewer was built at the time Territorial Road was paved in 195�+•
�'� ' No assessments were levied for the sewer constructed with the paving,
� , and the notice with reference to said improvement read, in paxt, as
; 1 follows:

� �� "It is necessary to construct sewers for future use be-
' fore the pavement is constructed, but the cost of the
' � sewer, except for connections, cannot be assessed now
i ; because there is no outlet at the present time."

; ! Using �954 costs, the total amount reco�ended to be assessed is $9,750.28,
' � which results in a rate of �6.70 per assessable foot.
� {
' In connection with Fi1e No. 16685, only the cost of the sewer constructed
� in Berry Street is recoimnended for assessment, which totals �4,713.68,
� at a rate of $9•95 per assessable foot.
f The cost of the pumpin� station and force main is being paid from city
� , funds.
