2 resolution being the Rarification of Assessments for the Western/Lawson RSVP, identified as File No.
18904, Assessment No. 0681, and

5 WHEREAS, the property located at 321 Burgess Street with the properiy identification number of
6 25-29-23-42-0118 was incorrectly assessed in the amount of $1,980.00 because of an assessable
7 frontage error,and
9 WHEREAS, said properiy should have been assessed the amount of $979.80

11 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Real Estate Division is authorized to make the
12 necessary adjushnents to correct the assessment.
