- The Council of the City of St. Paul having received�the report of the Commissioner of Finance
� upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby:�resolves:�
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. ' �_._
2. That the nature of th� improvement which the Council recommends is "
_ to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Grotto St. from Blair,Ave. =to, Van
Buren Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidenta,l to "
complete said i:mprovement� except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks ,

said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
