under Preliminary Order 232958 approver� April 12, 1967
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
� is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. -
2. That the nature of the unprovement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk and repla,ce with integral curb and sidewalk on the north
side of University Ave. from ]�ale S�. to St. Alba,ns St. and by doing all other work
which is necessary a.nd incidental to complete said improvement� excgpt where good
and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is 12.10 per lin. ft. for 5" thick integral
. curb and si�ewalk 11 ft. wide.
. . Resolved Further, That a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the 31st day of
_ I�, 1267 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A:M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House.and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of �nance give notice of
- said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the na,ture of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated. .
