AMES, City Archi+ec+ 445 Ci+y Hall, 55102 223-4212 April 28, 1967 4`43 . The Honorable City Council 386 City Hall Saint Paul, Minnesota 55102 Gentlemen: On April 27 the City Council referred to the Bureau of Public Buildings a letter from the Skelly Oil Company requesting an extension of time with regard to their Specil Use Permit to construct a filling station on the corner of Stewart and Homer Streets. Skelly Oils request is based on the fact that Homer Street is being reconstructed and they would like to wait until this street work has been finished before constructing their station. I have checked with the Public Works Department and have been informed that the street construction will be completed in approximately two months time. It is my recommendation that the City Council extend the Special Use Permit for another six-month period, which date will be November 19, 1967. r tr y y , ert L. s City Architect RLA/mf s < .
