a - RESOLIITION OF ANNULMENT

� WHEREAS� The City Council found and determined that that
structure located at 280 Ramsey Street� Saint Paul� Minnesota�
. constituted a hazardous �tructure defined by Cha ter 393, Laws
� of 1965� and pursuant to resolution� C. F. 231�, approved
; January 5, 1967� ordered the correction or wrecking and removal
� of the said structure; and '
WHEREAS, The City Council' s Order. was affirmed by the
! Ramsey County District Court on March 15� 1967, and the City
Council, pursuant to said District Court Order by resolution,
C. F. 232727, approved Mareh 29� 1967, did authorize the
iPurchasing Agent to purchase the necessary wrecking serv3.ces
� to remove the said structu�e located at 280 Ramsey Street
� without advertisement and without competitive bids� and the ,
� cost of said service was directed to be charged to �'und No.
f09.76, estimated cost of wrecking being �500; and
' � Y�iEREAS� The State of Minnesota Department of Highways has
. - purchased the property at 280 Ramsey Street for highway purposes
and has informed the Corporation Gounsel of the City of Saint
Paul that the State of Minnesota will proeeed to wreck and remove
f - the said building; now, therefore� be it �
RESOLVED� That all Orders in the above matter be and the
same are hereby cancelled� annu]]ed and reseindec� and all proceedings
" � in such matter discontinued and further that resolution� C. F.
; 232727, approved March 29� 1967� be and the same is hereby rescinded.
