WHEREAS che City of St. Paul has received an Open-Space Land Grant '
from the Department of Housing and Urban Development of the United States -
of America to assist in the acquisition of the Frost Lake Recreation Site, and
WHEREAS the State of Mi.nnesota; through its Natural Resource Fund,
has made funds avai.lable to the City of St. Paul to assist in matching the
federal grant for the acquisition of the Frost Lake Recreation Site; now
therefore
BE IT RESOLVED that the Commissioner of Parks and Recreation and
Publi.c Buildings is hereby authorized to accept this grant from the State of
Minnesota in the amount of $12, 187. 50, and to deposit same in CIB Receipt
Fund No. 9767�R (Priority No. 002). •
