WHEREAS, Avimal Ark has generously offered a contribution of $150 for two Saint Paul Aniuial Control
Officers to attend the Humane Strategic Snmmit, including a meal both days, on October 28 and 29 at the
Millennium Hotel in Minneapolis; and
WHEREAS, the purpose of this event is to be both a strategic plaiuiiug event and an educational event,
focusing on, among other things, how to increase cooperation and reduce duplication of efforts by those who work
with animals; now therefore be it,
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby accepts Avimal Ark's generous and
thoughtful gift and extends its deep appreciation and thanks to Animal Ark for the same.

AI is a tool that can be easily
