� f IT IS FIEREBY AGREED by and bet�aeen the City of Saint Paul and
; � the Village of Roseville that the Agreement between saicl City and

� j said Village authorizing the interconnection of public sewers

` 1 dated the 15tn day of April , 1968, is hereby modified and amended
- } to permit the addition of sewage flow from the "Home of the Good
, � Shepherd" located in the Village of North Oaks through the Shore- �
� ;
. i view se�ver system and thereafter through the Village of Roseville
� � system and finally through the City of Saint Paul Sanitary Sewer
� i System and to provide for additional charges from said City to
� said Village of Roseville, all as more fully set forth in the

� � attached exhibit which has been marked "Exhibit A" and is incor-

i porated herein as part and parcel hereof as fully and as completely
! as if set forth herein verbatim.
` IT IS FUR,THER PROVIDED by and between the parties hereto that

� this Rider to Agreement shall be effective upon passage of a

� resolution by the Council of the City of Saint Paul authorizing

� ' execution of the same by the proper City officers and passage of a
; � resolution by the Village of Roseville authorizing execution by the
