PAUL FOENCIL NO. �—" ,._ OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK OUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM � , PRESENTED BY ' COMMISSIONE ATF � � � , � WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of Saint Paul has ; announced its intention that �it was considering a land-use study for � all the lands abutti.ng and near the Mississippi River in the City � of Saint Paul; and I � WFiEREAS, the Port Authority of the City of Saint Paul has � resolved to enter into negotiations with the Planning Board of the ; City of Saint Paul for the joint employment of a consulting fir� to undertake a land-use study of the Mississippi River; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized � and directed to execute a resolution of intent to prepare a comprehensive � land-use development plan for the Mississippi River Valley for the ; City of Saint Paul, a copy of which is hereunto attached and made a part hereof; and FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Comptroller of the City of Saint Paul is hereby authorized and directed to establish a River Front Studies Fund and assign an appropriate number thereto.
