COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

WHEREAS, the Congress of the United States has passed a

law known as the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streats Act of 1968;
and
WHEREA5, Title I, Sec. 307(b) of the said Act provides for
distribution of certain funds to cities within the United States through
the state government; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has entered into an agreement
with the State of Minnesota for the distribution of said funds; now, .
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Comptroller of the City of Saint Paul
is hereby authorized and directed to establish Qmnibus Crime Control
Program Special Revenue Fund and assign an appropriate number thereto. �
