COMMISSIONE
In the matter of condemning and taking a permanent 20 foot wide
easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public sewer
on, under, across, and through a strip of land 20 feet in width, the
centerline of said easement being described as follows; beginning at a
point located at a bearing of N 89° 32' W and a distance of 214.00 feet
f rom the NW corner of the NE 1/4, of the SE 1/4 of Section 30, T 29 N -
R 22 W; thence at a bearing of S 20° 06' E a distance of 335.76 feet;
thence at a bearing of S 27° 06' E a distance of 300 feet; thence at a
bearing of S 45° 26' E a distance of 450 feet; thence at a bearing of
N 55° 19' E a distance of 250.00 feet more or less to the existing
(� Troutbrook Sewer; and also, for construction purposes, a strip of land
• k l 10 feet in width, added on to each side of the aforementioned easement
��" centerline, having been presented to the Council of the City of St, Paul ,
_ under Preliminary Order C. F. #241237, approved December 6, 1968,
Resolved, That all orders in the above matter be and the same are
hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded and all proceedings in such
