� of Saint Paul, established by the City Cha,rter of said City, being

� and adopts and incorporates herein, as its recommendation to the
; Council of the City of Saint Pa.ul, the reconveyance to the State of
� Minnesota, those certain lands presently under the jurisdiction of
, the City of Saint Pa,ul by virtue of Use Estate Deeds n�bered 97721
; and 97722, issued by the Commissioner of Taxation on May 7, 1953, in
, compliance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01, Subd. l, for
, the specific use as a playground, to-wit:
