WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 179. 52 states in part that
i'Organizations of public employees shall be granted recognition
by a governmental agency according to the extent to which they represent
employees of the governmental agency. . . s'; and
WHEREAS,. International Association of Fire Fighters Local Union
Number 21 have represented those in the Fire Group for many years;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul recognizes
the International Association of Fire Fighters Local Union Number 21 as
the bargaining agent for the employees i.n the following classes of positions:
