WI-iEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides for payment for
over�time work, and
WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Public Safety has authorized overtime
work in his department (B.ureau of Health) during the period from N.ovember 30, 1968
to December 13, 1968: therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper city officers are herebp authorized to pay the
employees who performed such overtime work i.n accordance with the provisions of
Ordinances N.o. 6446 and No. 3250.
