ment of Public Safety within the scope of their duty; r�ow, �herefore,

RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are authorized and
• direeted �o pay to Fred N!. Lee the sum of $9.25 for the damage
to the glass portion of a door at his residence upon the receipt
of a release in fbrm approved by the Gorporation (lounsel ar�d
, executed by said Fr�d M. Lee.
