1 Whereas, as part ofthe Phalen Boulevazd Proj ect, a new street is being constructed as an access road between Phalen
2 Boulevard and Arcade Street as shown on the attached'B�ibit A;" and
3 Whereas, the City of Saint Paul desires to commemorate Kazl Neid, outstanding public employee and City
4 Councilmember ; and
5 Whereas, naming this new street off Phalen Boulevard on the east side of Saint Paul would be a fitting tribute to
6 Councilmember Karl Neid and his many contributions to our community; now therefore,
7 Be it resolved, that the new access road between Phalen Boulevard and Arcade Street as shown on the attached
8'Bxhibit A" is hereby named "NEID LANE."
