WHEREAS, the Couneil of the City of Sai�nt Paul, by
Resolution, Council File 239455, approved July 16, 1968, did
vacate certain air rights of portions of Cedar and Minnesota
Streets, said vacatio eing subject to certain conditions, one
of which being that �� plans for the proposed building be ap-
proved by the Council of the City of Saint Paul prior to commencement
of construction; and
WHEREAS, Robert L. Ames, City Archli�tec�t�,- b�/ letter dated
, December 5, 1968, addressed to the Mayor and .members of the City
Council reported that the architect on behalf of the developer agreed
o meet all conditions imposed by the City departments, and the City
Arc ' ct did further��recommend that tl�e Council approve the plans
as submit • now, therefore, be it ,

RESOLVED, That upon the recommendation of the City Architect
the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby approve� the said
i plans as submitted and as shall be on file in the Office of the City
.� Architect, this approval being subject to compliance by the developer
:.� of the said property with all of the conditions as set out by Grover
Di.mond Associates Znc., architects for the developer.
