RESOLUTION OF ANNULMENT ,
� In the matter of opening, widening and extending Montana Ave.
creating a cul-de-sac for street purposes east of Arkwright St. by
condemning and taking that part of Lots 12 and 13, Blk. 4, and Lots
= 25 and 26, Blk. 1 , all in Mortons Add. t o the City of St. Paul lying
within the arc of a circle having a 50-foot radius, the center of
_ said circle being on the centerline of Montana Ave. and 319.24 feet east
of the centerline of Arkwright St. Also, condemning and taking an easement
in the land necessary for the slo'pes, cuts and fills, including right of
. removal of lateral support from sub,ject land or remainder thereof,
occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes in the grading
� and surfacing with bituminous material , and construct concrete curb and
, gutter on Montana Ave. from the proposed cul-de-sac at the Soo Line R.R.
; ` to �1r�avright St., under Preliminary Order No. 241216, approved December
5, 1968. .
RESOLVED, That all orders in the above matter be and the same
are hereby cancelled, annulled and rescinded, and all proceedings in
such matter discontinued.
