WHEREAS, Rudyard S. Robinson, 51 South White Bear Avenue,
Saint Paul, Minnesota, has requested permission to construct a
public sewer within a utility easemen.t to be conveyed to the City
of Saint Paul, and the Department of Pu.blic Works recommends
approval of said request and acceptance of the conveyance of said
easement; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to accept, on behal� of the City of Saint Paul, an easement1 in the
real property described below from said Rudyard S. Robinsori:
An easement for public sewer on, over, across, under
and in a portion of Lot 33 of Montville, Dayton &
Warren' s Prospec.t Addition, an�iAddition to the City _
of St. Paul, as more� particularly described as follows:

A 20 foot wide strip of land in said Lot 33, the center
line of which is described as follows: Commencing at
• the most Easterly corner of said Lot 33, thence north
20 degrees 0 minutes west along the Easterly line of
said Lot 33 for 176. 54 feet to the point of beginning
of the line to be described, thence south 57 degrees
0 minutes west for 93.0 feet, then.ce south 11 degrees
0 minutes east for 110 feet and there terminating.
